Tim Delaney - Senior Partner
Tim was initially appointed the Principal of the firm in January 2001. He took over the firm from his father, Gregory Delaney, who still remains with the firm on a Consultancy Basis.
With his early legal practice experience in a large Brisbane firm, Tim has been able to integrate big firm professionalism, strategies and systems with the firm personal service of a medium size firm such as Delaneys. Since the appointment of Anthony Delaney as a Partner to the Firm, Tim's role is now that of Senior Partner.
Tim has extensive experience in Property, Commercial and Corporate Law. Such areas include Property Developments, Conveyancing, Leasing, Business Acquisitions, Business Structuring, Asset Protection, Investment Trusts and Responsible Entities.

Anthony Delaney - Partner
Anthony is a partner in Delaneys Lawyers, and heads up the litigation, and wills and estates departments of the firm. Anthony has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of litigation ranging from Supreme and Federal Court actions dealing with corporate and commercial disputes, to small debt claims and domestic issues. Primarily, Anthony specialises in commercial, property and financial litigation and advisory work.
Anthony has earned the reputation and respect as one of Gold Coast’s and Queensland’s finest litigators and dispute resolution specialists. Over the years he has built a network of consultants, barristers and experts to assist clients in all areas. Most importantly, Anthony has a broad understanding of the court and legal systems, and brings a variety of perspectives to the table in order to resolve disputes.
Unfortunately business and personal disputes do arise. However, providing concise advice and resolving these disputes swiftly and costs efficiently is the driving force behind the Delaneys Lawyers litigation team.
Anthony is admitted in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
