Delaneys Lawyers may recover from you its reasonable costs of supplying you with access to this information.
Your request to provide access to this information will be dealt with within a reasonable time.
If Delaneys Lawyers refuses to provide you with access to personal information about you, Delaneys Lawyers will provide you with reasons for the refusal and inform you of any exceptions relied upon under the National Privacy Principles.
Purpose of Collection
Delaneys Lawyers is a Queensland Law Firm, which specialises in property, litigation and general law.
Delaneys Lawyers will collect a range of personal information about you for the purpose of enabling Delaneys Lawyers to:
discuss with you any property development of Delaneys Lawyers;
negotiate with you for the sale of any property and/or related services in relation to any property development of Delaneys Lawyers; or
enter into any contractual documentation with you pursuant to this.
